Golden Casino Progressive Jackpot Action

Monday, November 9th, 2009

The Golden Casino Progressive Blackjack was hit recently for the first time, which happens to be a remarkable stroke of luck by a winning player on the Vegas Technologies network of online gambling.

“I play the Progressive Blackjack game a couple of times a week,” responded Mickey Brantley, active online gambling gamer. He further commented, “I like blackjack, and the chance to hit a big jackpot while playing has always been exciting for me.”

Imagine awakening on a Sunday morning, and the first thing to happen to you is a massive jackpot win worth $259,342 and then discovering that this jackpot had never been hit before!

Progressive Blackjack in an online web game is more famous for interval payouts than progressive jackpots, but online blackjack opens up a realm of possibilities, like 250,000+ possibilities. Progressive Blackjack at Golden Casino is one of the trendier games played at this popular online casino. Now this progressive pot is back up to $237,431 already, just two weeks after the big hit, which means this has become a very trafficked game since its first pay out.

Another card game that has made the progressive online jackpot popular is Island Stud Poker, also available at Golden Casino. This jackpot has also been hit only once, paying out nearly $70,000 just six months ago. Sitting currently at $85,221, this jackpot could make anyone’s day if you happen to be the lucky winner.

Currently, the largest progressive jackpot at Golden Casino and other Vegas Technology casinos is the “Red, White, and Blue” slot game sitting at $1,019,235, followed by “Treasure Trail” with a $399,817 jackpot that has never been hit before. If you’re looking for the hot slot, though, the best game, statistically, is “Mega Money Mine” worth $269,815, which has hit three times in its lifetime, but the last hit was 60 days ago. Someone’s gotta win—Good luck!

iPhone Card Counting Device Sales Rocket

Tuesday, September 1st, 2009

Blackjack is a household game that brings families together after dinner. Join around the coffee table and blackjack offers hours of fun for the whole family, from little kids, to big kids, and everyone in between. My grandmother taught me how to play blackjack when I was only five years old, and I am still a force to reckoned with. Any group of people can get together and start up a game and have something in common. There does not have to be money and betting involved to make it fun. Now there is new twist that is causing an uproar all across the globe.

Travis Yates a casino geek from Australia is the one to thank for all the commotion. He is the sole creator of a new software available that counts cards when playing blackjack. It has been reported on CNN that sales of this software has sky rocketed. You can get several variations of the software on an iPhone, which makes it a portable card counting device. Some might say this is good and some would say this is very bad.

Casinos are on pins and needles. The Nevada Gaming Control Board has even warned Las Vegas casinos about the software. The software is totally untraceable by web casinos, so for those cheaters out there it may give them an advantage.

But Travis still holds firm that he created the software for individuals who play at home, so they could beat their friends. It just teaches you to pay attention, and it counts the cards for you. Randall Sayre a member of the Nevada Gaming Board says its very accurate and easy to count cards. So it is up to you, weather you use this for good reasons, to beat your friends in the basement, or you use it in a casino, you can purchase it online for only £5.

Clubbin’ in Las Vegas

Friday, August 28th, 2009

Privé has been a happening late-night party spot in fabulous Las Vegas for the rich and famous, as well as for the not-so-famous. Unfortunately though, the Planet Hollywood Resort club was shut down recently due to temporary issues with their liquor license. But Friday night it was back in full swing.

Privé and its sister club, the Living Room, both of which were liquor-less, were able to obtain temporary liquor permits, just in time too, only five hours before they planned to open last Friday night. The crowd was read—the line outside the club stretched all the way around the building. Many of the club-goers were tourists from California, who had traveled all the way to the east coast in New York to partake in the steamy parties that Privé is famous for. Most weren’t even aware that they had been temporarily closed. But luckily for them, they got to experience what they came for and didn’t even mind standing in line.

“The weekend is about visitors to the city,” said Planet Hollywood founder and resort co-owner, Robert Earl. “I am expecting them not to even be aware of the problems that occurred because they’re a crowd, who in the last month haven’t been to town.”

At 12:30 a.m. the party kicked off when the famous rapper, Jermaine Dupri, walked into the club. As he began to spin the turntables, the dance floor turned into an ocean of ready to party people. The platforms were back alive with exotic dancers, and the Patron and Moet were flowing by the bottle. It was as if Privé never missed a beat.
“A nightclub is an important component of each of the properties on the Strip,” said Earl. “It brings a different crowd at different hours that consume different product.”
“The reality is there is nothing that has happened that would really concern the patrons,” Roman Jones, owner of Privé explained Friday. “But we’re going to be very, very careful to manage.” Privé lost their right to sell alcohol in July, after several offenses involving alcohol, due to irresponsible management. They also had to appear before courts for allowing nudity inside the club. The club is now enforcing strict rules in regards to checking I.D.’s at the front door (which could have attributed to the line) and monitoring alcohol consumption.

“I’m going to be spending much more time on property until I feel confident that the operation is running smoothly and to the level we want and the community expects,” Jones commented. “Once we go through this process, it’s going to bring a higher standard to all nightclub operations in Las Vegas. The outcome will be positive.”

Live Dealer Casinos Online

Saturday, August 8th, 2009

In 2002 the United Kingdom relaxed their gambling laws. Since then there has been substantial growth in the online casino entertainment market. Everyone is getting in on the online gambling buying and selling websites like real estate from well known brands to new start-ups. This is done via automated graphic versions of popular casino games.

Games such as roulette or blackjack use Random Number Generators for when punters put in their bets. Most players do not ever even realize that they are playing automated number generation games, which means they are completely the same from the ones played on the competitor’s websites.

Within the last two years the casino game market has had a huge change due to live dealers. Live dealer online casinos is the broadcasting of live dealer action onto the Internet and television, so that players can bet on results from actual true croupiers and dealers.

The UKs fastest growing live dealer action is the online casino www.smartlivecasino.com. At this online casino they have their own live roulette and blackjack games that are hosted by croupiers who are all certified dealers and entertainer presenters as well. This live casino action is even available with no delay in time. If a player wants to, they can even use SKY or Freesat television channels which make it possible for players to place bets over the phone.

“’We endeavor to make our live casino action as real as possible to a high class casino. We are also continually developing new live dealer casino games, which is why we have one of the largest customer bases of VIP casino clients,” said a Smart Live spokesperson.

In June of 2009 Smart Live Casino launched a slew of new live dealer casino games to go along with their Live Roulette and Live Blackjack games. In order to celebrate the launch there will be a lot of promotions and giveaways, so if this sounds interesting to you, don’t miss out on this new trend in the online gambling industry.

New July Microgaming Slots Released

Friday, July 10th, 2009

This July online casino software development giant Microgaming has already released four new video slot titles. From the same company that brought you hit online slot games like “Mega Moolah,” “Cash Splash,” “Major Millions,” and the extremely addictive “Great Galaxy Grab” video slot, comes four new games that are likely to be very popular with most online video slot fans because, as per usual, they are cutting edge when it comes to graphical style and design.

The first release is “Pedal Power,” a very sporty video slot that is mainly about cycling. The reels are covered with cycling symbols like bicycle gloves, stopwatches, sports sunglasses, and tons of cyclists. In this game the maximum payout on the top combination is 40,000 coins. Another game is the very pleasant and fun-spirited “Summer Holidays” video slot game. The theme for the game is holiday activities on a lake and the background is covered with water sports and activities. “Summer Holidays” allows as many as 100 different pay lines in the game.

The third game is called “Fortune Finder” with an old Western gold digger theme. In the game the symbolism looks really cartoony, but interesting and fun, nonetheless. The last and final game Microgaming has released is “Sterling Silver,” a truly unforgettable game. The symbols in the game have a shiny silver chrome look to them with a steam-punk style. With 25 pay lines, slot fans are guaranteed to be entertained for hours.
